Already one of the most sought after customs, Walt Siegl‘s Leggero Series motorcycles realized what many have dreamed about, a DUCATI Cafe Racer. At his client’s request, Siegl took apart the “donor” bike, a 1995 DUCATI Monster 900, and re-constructed it in his Leggero design. The result is the Leggero Nbr. 4/12 Yellow, a DUCATI Cafe Racer ideal for the client’s upright riding style. To absorb the added weight, Siegl installed Showa Superbike forks up front and Showa monoshock spring at the bike’s rear. With the added DUCATI 900 SS head on the engine block, Siegl improved upon the original Monster powerplant as well as its efficiency. Along with a new stance, paint job, upgrades such as custom manifolds and Motogadget m-Unit electronic components, the Leggero Nbr. 4/12 Yellow looks like something from the 50s yet a class to its own when riding down the road.

With the fall/winter season approaching us, it’s reassuring to know that The North Face has our heads, necks, arms, legs, chest, legs, feet, and backs covered. Featuring flannel, long-sleeved shirts, knitted sweaters with hoodies, insulated protective vests, and large, fitted coats, The North Face‘s Purple Label line for the colder months has fashioned a wardrobe that anyone would be confident to wear. No clunky, cumbersome, or straight-up ugly pieces here. In addition to the snugly tailored silhouettes, the Purple Label has imbued within its pieces an air of melancholy and apathy that the models of the campaign have communicated succinctly through their facial expressions. Expect to see colorways such as aqua green, peacock blue, subdued gray, camel beige, and apple red throughout the collection. With 2013 coming to a close, so is the design label mastermind JAPAN. After announcing that this year will be the last for his brand, Japanese designer Masaaki Homma been on a “prolonged goodbye tour” all over the globe. In the process, he made arrangement to push out a few more collaborations, including this mastermind JAPAN branded boombox speaker. Though nostalgically shaped by LASONIC to look like something from the 80s, all of the boombox’s innards are up-to-date electronics and capable of wirelessly blasting out tunes via its Bluetooth connectivity. In-line with all other projects by mastermind JAPAN, the speaker comes in a black finish, flashy chrome accents and plenty of skull & cross bones motifs. Limited in numbers, each speaker comes with a special mastermind JAPAN mix by DJ KENSHU and available now for pre-order through Japan’s BEAMS retail chain, select mastermind JAPAN accounts, as well as ZOZOTOWN online store.

Rocky Auto‘s Carbon Hakosuka is dead sexy. Regardless of the fact that the car is currently in its latter stages of completion, it’s still a diamond in the rough that exudes fierceness. At first sight, the gray, carbon fiber body automobile is reminiscent of the RB30-powered carbon S30, but upon closer inspection, it is clear that Rocky Auto’s owner Watanabe has outsmarted us once again. Instead of going for the status quo appearance of the 2000 GT-R look, Watanabe has outfitted the Hakosuka with a carbon-vinyl coating. From its countless bits and pieces to the bumper-less front fascia, viewers can see Watanabe’s tenacity to his chosen colorway. The car’s revamped appearance gives an air of modernity and sophistication that is appropriately flattering. Among the cool details that fans can geek out about, there are the prohibitively expensive dry-carbon fender mirrors from 09 Racing, a carbon fiber C-pillar air outlets, the Pirelli tires, an increased horsepower due to the Tomei-Powered camshafts, and a full, stainless steel exhaust system to make that baby purr all night long. Nike has been up to something very creative lately: if you take a look at some of their recent releases like the Nike Air Safari Black/Fuschia/Gold and the Nike Lunar Terra Safari “Atomic Red” you’ll notice that the Swoosh has been taking the wide appeal of Tinker Hatfield’s creative print and applying it to their other models, giving them an entirely new look. The same goes for this Nike Air Max 1 Premium Tape, which picks up a New Sprint/Black/Parachute look that integrates a Safari-esque zebra print panel running along the welt, accented by the bright New Sprint on the toe and collar. The visible Air Unit is still a key part of the look, tucked within the white midsole.
