And with that in mind over the last few months we've had new Aircooled Classics apps developed – one for the iPad and iPhone and, now available for the first time, a dedicated Android app too. The Apple gods have recently given their blessing to the iPad/iPhone app and Issue 8 (due out very soon), and all future issues of Aircooled Classics, will only be available through the new apps. You'll be pleased to know that the cover price for single issues and subscriptions remains exactly the same (just $5.49 / £2.99 single issue, $14.99 / £9.99 annual subscription). What About Existing Issue Purchases Made On iPad/iPhone?
To transfer your existing purchase information to the new app so you can continue to read back issues and download future issues that form part of a subscription, you'll need to send a copy of your purchase receipt from iTunes to us at mymagazines@pitstoppublishing.com. Unfortunately Apple doesn't transfer any data across themselves or provide us with that data directly for us to transfer without your iTunes receipt – please accept our apologies for that on behalf of Apple. Your receipt will have been sent to the email address associated with your iTunes account, typically with the subject line 'Your Receipt No. XXXXXXXXXXXX. Once we get a copy of your receipt we can then set up an account for you with the new app developer (Pocketmags) that will hold the information on all of your previously purchased Aircooled Classics issues (including issues still to be fulfilled as part of a subscription) so you can access them through the new app.

New Web Reader Information
If you've purchased issues via the Aircooled Classics website for reading via a web browser rather than through a mobile app, we're able to transfer your purchases to a new account with Pocketmags, our new delivery partner. We'll send you an email with your access information in the near future and then all you need do is log in to the Pocketmags website to be able to continue to access your issues. If you do not receive an email from us within the next 14 days, please contact us, sending a copy of your purchase receipt(s) to mymagazines@pitstoppublishing.com.
Our Promise To You
We promise to do our best to complete transfers as quickly and as smoothly as possible and we appreciate your patience as we progress this transition. The original Aircooled Classics app has been downloaded many thousands of times and we're sure you'll enjoy the additional features that the new app allows us to include in the magazine. And it means that subscriptions may also be purchased for your PC/Mac where previously only single purchases could be made via the web. The new app has been developed for us by the same folks that produced the Kombi Life app we launched in March of this year, so we know it will be great.
