| | | Ken Schnieders' smallblock Chevy-powered Deuce Vicky from Fort Wright, Kentucky and Andy Pack's Monticello, Indiana-based Deuce roadster are typical of the high quality traditional hot rods on display at last weekend's Goodguys PPG Nationals in Columbus, Ohio. | | We just returned from a weekend at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus for the 16th Annual Goodguys PPG Nationals. We always look forward to Columbus, and this year was another impressive showing of over 6,000 hot rods, customs, and muscle cars that traveled from all corners of the country for the three-day event. Each year the field of entries gets better, and we were excited to see the latest projects from some names we recognized and some that were new to us. We've included a handful of photos of some of the standouts from the weekend, but we wanted to acknowledge the efforts of all those who brought their rods and customs out for one of the Midwest's premiere automotive events. We understand that over 100,000 people attended, and with the quantity and quality of cars on display there really was something for everyone. We also wanted to thank all of you who stopped by our booth during the weekend, and to congratulate Goodguys on another great show. We look forward to doing it again next July. Our next stop is the NSRA Nationals in Louisville, Kentucky, the first weekend in August. We'll have everything you need to stock up on the latest Rodder's Journal magazines, hardbound books, and T-shirts. But you don't have to wait until then—log on to www.roddersjournal.com to check out the latest merchandise we have to offer or to register for our fast-approaching event, The Rodder's Journal Revival in Baltimore, Maryland. Until then, we'll see you on the road! Keep scrolling for more show photos. Cheers!
